Does Dr. Passantino accept new patients?Simple answer: Yes. Please call your insurance prior to scheduling to confirm Dr. Passantino is in-network with your current plan. If not, you may call the office for our cash rate for office visits.

Does Dr. Passantino accept insurance?Simple answer: Yes Dr. Passantino is in-network with most insurances and your routine service coverage will be determined based on your current plan. Some Accepted Insurances: Medicare United Healthcare Aetna Florida Blue Cigna Oscar *** This is not a complete list. Also, even if you have one of the listed insurances, please ensure that your specific plan is accepted as well. ***

How do I book an appointment?Simple answer: Call the office or use our online booking site. For those that prefer to book online, click the button below. If not, you may call the office at (954) 551-4849.

How do I initiate VIP Messaging?Existing patients: If you are already a patient of Dr. Passantino, simply let him or his staff know that you are interested in VIP Messaging. He and/or his staff will go over the process of VIP Messaging in a safe and secure manner. We will review pricing as well as some restrictions that may apply. New patients: If you are a potential patient, you will need to first become a patient of the practice and a patient of Dr. Passantino. Once a patient of Dr. Passantino, you may inquire about VIP Messaging as above described.

Can I drop my VIP Messaging at any time?Simple answer: Yes You will never be "trapped" in the VIP Messaging program if it is no longer right for you. You will need to give thirty (30) days notice prior to your transition. After you switch, you will lose access to VIP Messaging, but will continue to receive traditional, yet superior care with Dr. Passantino. Re-enrollment process: With re-enrollment into VIP Messaging (want to come back later), there may be a waitlist as Dr. Passantino limits the amount of patients in the VIP Messaging program to assure he will always have time for all of his patients needs. Additionally, pricing may have changed from the time you initially signed up and may be subject to the new cost per month.
